Ok, so I decided to make a new journal entry just to remind those that still care (ILU, Dee ) that I am still here Originally, I vowed not to UNTIL I actually posted something new, but eh...

I finished my first year of university just over a month ago – so during April I was busy trying to get the work done though putting it off most of the time, the annoying essay being the most hectic. I stupidly decided to choose a hard one, unknowing that it would cause much frustration. The question in...uh, question, “Reflection versus Imagination – debate the benefits of hyperreal environments in film, games and virtual worlds compared to surreal landscapes of the imagination.”

...For some reason, I thought this would be easy, but during the research all I was finding was discussions on how hyperreal and surreal could be seen as the same as well as debates on the definition of hyperreal, as opposed to benefits of each. So yeah, it was annoying and I had to make half of it up I lost a lot of sleep on that one.

It did NOT help that our dog, Loki, had puppies during the most crucial stage. But I got it handed in anyway. Still have yet o receive the grade for everything, but I’m pretty sure I need to re-sit one half of a module (unless the other half makes up for it making the final grade a pass...*Hopes*).

So anyway, yeah, Loki had puppies! Born on the 1st of May and a total of 8 – all still with us currently at 5 weeks of age (all of them survived! Apparently it’s normal to lose one or two. HAH)! They are a complete handful, especially since Loki is a pretty crappy mother (we did have to, for the first couple of weeks, bottle feed them, since half the time she refuse to feed them herself) hence the other reason I’ve been busy.

My 21st birthday was in May and I received the most awesome presents EVER; a Nintendo Wii and my very own laptop! ...I don’t feel 21 at all :/

Which leads me to what, I assume, you guys care about the most – where’s the art? Well, aside from my usual “I hate everything I draw” phase, I don’t have Photoshop on this computer and I’m not installing the one I have since it’s... (look, just guess) and I want to buy myself a new version, since I have a lot of my student loan left – plenty to fork out for the newest version, but with a few money problems I’m keeping a hold of said money in case we need it as a last resort (my choice entirely, mum keeps saying I shouldn’t worry... :/   ). Basically, until that’s all sorted, I get no Photoshop and therefore, can’t attempt at any new stuff.

Although I could use this opportunity to try out Tegaki E more (yeah, I got an account) but it may not be until these pups are gone orz

SO YEAH, THAT’S IT ABOUT LIFE and onto some incoherent fangirl ramblings.

Miffed that there’s still yet to hear about any air date for the second series of Kaiji ughhh (oh well, at least I have the first series OST~) and One Piece has been epicccccc and-

OH, SPEAKING OF ONE PIECE. I now own a Portrait of Pirates figure of child!Usopp and have Sogeking on pre-order. I MAY FINALLY GET THAT DAMN FIGURE, though I have to wait until August to get it *Sob* Also on pre-order is the One Piece: Unlimited Cruise game ahfidhfds CAN’T WAIT FOR IT TO COME OUT. But there’s still a whole month before it gets up on Amazon adjhaskjfhas. I also own three Zoro/Usopp doujinshi and am a very happy bunny about that C:
